Nova versão de pão de cenoura / New version of Carrot bread

Olá pessoal tudo bem ?

Ontem estava pensando em fazer um pão diferente dos que já testei e daí a minha receita preferida e apetitosa é a de cenoura.
Então, fiz alguns ajustes e coloquei junto com a cenoura, canela e uvas passas.
Resultado ?????
Impossível comer somentes 2 fatias finas...

Acompanhado de suco verde e café fresquinho hhuuummmmmmm....

Yesterday I thought about preparing a different homemade bread among the ones I´ve already tried out; as I think the one made with carrot is more delicious, I made some adjustments by adding cinnamon and dried grapes...

Result???
Have a look, it´s impossible to eat only two thin slices of bread ...




Homemade brown/whole grain bread
Blend
20 grams of yeast for bread.
2 eggs
1 cups of warm soy milk or water
1/2 cup canola oil, sunflower or coconut
2 tablespoons brown sugar or brown
1 teaspoon salt dessert
In a bowl pour the mixture in a blender and hit add:
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups of rice or oatmeal
3 medium carrots mashed.
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
100 grams of dried grape

Grease a form with oil and flour. Place the bread in the shape and cover with a damp cloth for 40 minutes or even increase in size (could double).


Place in a preheated oven 180-200C. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
